Drop your computer into one of the HNS Computer Clinic Drop Off Stores. One of the staff will help you to fill in the questionnaire. Once completed you will receive a copy of this docket which you must keep so that you can collect your computer at a later date.
You will recieve an SMS/text message when your computer arrives at the HNS Computer Clinic Workshop, usually within 24-48 working hours. This SMS will include a unique jobID specific to the repair job on your computer with which you can check the status of your repair job through our website. It will also include a direct phone number for the HNS Computer Clinic so that you can contact us with any questions you have regarding the status of your repair job. Please note that this SMS does not mean that we have diagnosed the problem(s) with your computer, its purpose is to inform you when your computer has arrived safely at our workshop.
Once the problem(s) with your computer have been fully diagnosed somebody will then ring contact you to discuss repair options and prices. These phonecalls are recorded and can be used as proof of a verbal contract between the HNS Computer Clinic and you the customer. During this phonecall you will be given an exact quote for repair. The HNS Computer Clinic will only proceed with a repair job once a verbal agreement has been reached. You will also be given a estimated completion date, but unfortunately this esimated completion date cannot be guaranteed due to unforseen compliactions regarding the repair.
Once repaired, your computer will be sent back to the store it was dropped into and you will receive another SMS/text message as confirmation of delivery. As mentioned above, estimated completion dates cannot be guaranteed and we would advise all of our customers to please wait until you have received this SMS/text message before going to collect your computer. Please note all computers must be collected from the same store they were dropped into.
Find a drop off point near you
Collect your computer within 30 days of drop-off and pay the outstanding balance in store. We understand that you may not be able to arrange to collect your computer straight away and so computers can be held in store for up to 30 days. The outstanding balance must be paid in full upon collection of the computer. Accepted payment methods include: Cash, Laser and Credit Card. Additional payment methods are accepted, for example: Cheques, however this differs from store to store. Please Note: you must also bring the original copy of the receipt for your computer.
